Terms and conditions

Each product has prices including VAT in Norwegian kroner. In cart you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and payment.
Shipping costs will be added to all orders in accordance with Posten’s tariffs.

Shipment of goods
Orders are sent out Tuesday and Thursday. Normally it will take 1-3 days then before the item (s) arrive at the recipient / post office / Post in store.

  3. Invoice & partial payment
    In cooperation with Lindorff, we offer a safe and simple invoice and payroll solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-off loan means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationships with Lindorff. More information and general credit terms for the payment solution can be found at bill.lindorff.no. With invoice selection, the due date is 14 days. Invoice will be sent to the email address you provided or to your people-registered address depending on your choice of distribution at the time of purchase. When selecting an invoice, you can choose to pay the full amount at once or alternatively log in to bill.lindorff.com and apply for a partial payment agreement.
    In order to use the service, you must have a permanent and official Norwegian residential address at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to individuals, assuming that you have taken care of your financial obligations and have a good payment history. A credit check is made in connection with the purchase. The credit assessment is performed by Lindorff Payment Services AS, and the information will not be stored at the online store where the purchase is made. Your personal information will only be used to decide whether or not to grant credit. In case of late payment or late payment, you will receive a purge fee and late payment and any charges for debt collection.     If you have paid your invoice or partial payment, but later regret your purchase, you have a receivable at Lindorff. Lindorff will refund the amount that you have paid after we have received information from the reseller regarding approved return. The refund will be made to your account and you must therefore inform us about your bank account number and billing information.

    Invoice fee
    An invoice service is available on invoice with 14 days due date. For partial payment a monthly fee of NOK 50 and an interest rate of 21% is payable. Normally, partial payment is offered over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months specified according to purchase price.
