EXPERIENCE FROM NORWEGIAN CALF REARING
Promising findings from a field trial
In a Norwegian field trial involving 39 calves, no diarrhoea was recorded among the 17 calves given ImproWin daily, compared with 11 of 22 calves in the control groups. The findings come from one herd and offer promising experience with use in everyday calf care.

The trial was conducted in Suldal in 2016–2017. Three groups received ImproWin daily, while four groups served as controls. The report does not describe randomisation or blinding. The findings relate to this herd; the report does not provide results for growth or appetite.

DAILY USE
A regular routine, adjusted to body weight
Daily amount: 1 g per 20 kg of body weight, from 8 days of age.

For the first week of supplementation, mix the powder into milk. After that, mix with water and give through a teat. Follow the instructions on the label.
