Terms of sale, payment and delivery

These terms apply to consumer purchases from the Vitality Innovation AS online store. Your agreement includes the information provided with your order, these terms and any separate agreement with us. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Customers outside Norway may have additional mandatory rights under applicable law.

Prices and delivery charges

The currency, applicable taxes, delivery charge and total amount payable to us are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Enter your delivery address to see the available delivery options and charges. Delivery options depend on the items and destination. We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before placing an order.

Orders and payment

Check the items, quantities, contact details, delivery address and total amount before confirming your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Contact us if any details are incorrect. Choose from the payment methods available at checkout for your order. Any specific terms for your chosen method, including credit terms where invoice payment or instalments are offered, must be presented before you approve the payment.

Packing and delivery

On days when we dispatch orders, we usually pack in-stock orders received before 12 noon on the same day and hand them to Posten before 2 pm, Norwegian local time. This describes our normal routine; ordering before noon does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Transit times depend on the destination and service. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative unless a specific delivery time has been agreed. If an order is delayed, applicable consumer law may entitle you to withhold payment, require delivery, cancel the purchase or claim compensation. Contact us if an order does not arrive. For ordinary delivery through a carrier offered by us, we bear the risk for the goods until you, or a person nominated by you, receives them.

Right of withdrawal

Under Norwegian consumer withdrawal rules, you normally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw. If goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. Notify us clearly within that period, for example at info@vitalityinnovation.no. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but using it is not compulsory. Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return costs unless we have agreed otherwise or did not disclose this before purchase. You may contact us for practical return instructions; prior approval is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may examine the goods within the limits of the law. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may make you liable for diminished value where the legal conditions are met. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your right to withdraw. Statutory exceptions may apply. For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right may be lost when the seal is broken after delivery. The exception must apply to the particular goods, and you must be informed before purchase. Official withdrawal form and guidance (Norwegian)

Refunds following withdrawal

If you return the entire purchase, we refund the amount paid, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first. This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

Faulty or damaged goods

Contact us if an item is faulty or damaged, and include your order number and a description of the problem. We cover necessary return costs for a valid claim. Your rights concerning faulty goods are separate from your right of withdrawal. Under Norwegian consumer law, notify us within a reasonable time after discovering, or when you should have discovered, the fault. You always have at least two months from discovering it. The overall limit is normally two years from delivery, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. These are claim periods, not shelf-life guarantees. Follow the product’s storage instructions and durability labelling. Depending on the fault and the applicable legal conditions, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction, cancellation or compensation. You may also be entitled to withhold payment.

Personal data and marketing

We process information needed to handle your order, payment, delivery and customer service, and to meet legal obligations. Necessary information may be shared with providers involved in these activities. Our privacy policy explains the legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights. You may request access to the personal data we process about you. Access is normally free, and we normally respond within one month. This right is not limited to once a year. Accepting these purchase terms does not in itself constitute consent to newsletters or other email marketing. Such marketing requires a valid basis under the applicable rules. Unsubscribing must be easy and free. Privacy policy
